Hans Energy was established in 1996 with the objective of manufacturing Solar lanterns for NEDA ( Government of India supported schemes). Our initial attempts were to make energy more reachable in the villages of Bihar as our Managing Director Mr Arbind Pilania is native to Bihar, and was aware of the poor situation of power in Bihar and wanted to play his small but significant part in this development.

Sri Hans Energy Systems Pvt. Limited was founded by a Technocrat Mr. Arbind Pilania in 1996,
Hans Energy is ISO 9001certified company, having its corporate office at Kanpur.
At Hans Energy, we undertake turkney engineering projects covering Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Software aspects of the projects.
Hans Energy has its manufacturing facility for mechatronics at Kanpur.
It is our endeavor to develop/bring latest global technologies from anywhere in the world to our country.
The technologies are aimed at increasing the safety, availability and reliability or different types of assets.

To be one of the Top Ten Technology solution provider to Indian Railways & Defence.
To work on technology which reduce human dependency & error and make the process/systems/products safer than it is today.
To add more and more innovative products and file at least one Patent per year.

2017: Dedicated Products Division Focussed on Smart technologies:

Board of Hans Energy took a strategic decision to diversify from the existing base of projects. We interacted with relevant decision-makers and identified the areas where problems were being faced and there was an opportunity to introduce globally proven solutions.

2010

2010: Focus – Engineering and Projects

We got more focused on the engineering sector and servicing the Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Railway owned organizations on a regular basis. Now we are dealing in a multi-product portfolio and are registered as the established vendor with most of our defence and railways clients.

Manufacturing & Installation of Electronic Energy Meters

In early 2000, due to the exposure with circuitry and electronics, our company also undertook few big projects from Reliance for the installation of electronic energy meters and EMCO for installation and AMC in Major states in India. In mid-2000 the company also diversified into civil work, our H’nble PM Shri A.B. Vajpayee came up with a vision for Golden Quadrilateral and we did civilly construction of Bypass/Culverts/Bridges in South India and Uttar Pradesh in association with reputed Construction companies.

1999

1990: Focus – Telecom

In late 1990 there was a huge boom in the telecom sector and our company diversified into this segment. We associated with Bharti Airtel as vendors for optical fiber cable laying for mobile connectivity. The first unit for Bharti in India was established in Bhopal and the first fixed-line cable was laid en route Chambal to Bhopal. (we were involved in the very first project)

It is my extreme pleasure to introduce you to Hans Energy, company I have nurtured with my own hands with more then 20 years. Selected each talented team member and made them a family member of our organization; as I firmly believe it is relationships that drive business and not just economics.
Since inception we have been challenging ourselves with tasks considered difficult.With our strong believe that technology will lead the future and Defense & Rail sector offer immense scope for innovations and indigenisations, we have take the most interesting turn in the history of Hans Energy in 2017 by introduction of our dedicated Hans Energy.
For us sustainable business is not only caring about the environment but also having human resource balance and reducing migration of workforce from Tier 2 cities to metropolitans, We hope to create enough job opportunities to attract and retain the workforce of our state within our state.
I believe the Government is doing it’s bit and its time we put that extra effort and do our bit.It is this extra effort which will make this day our day, this month our month and this year our year.
